All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In this case, customers will be notified by email.

We offer standard shipping for all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. The final shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Peak holiday seasons

PolCash is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Lost or Stolen Packages

PolCash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
